Owned and operated by Mike and Lisa Dugger, St. Tammany residents
for over 50 years.

EXPERIENCED STAFF:
Are all experienced runners, 5k – Marathons. We understand the needs
and concerns of both recreational and competitive running.
Additionally, we have certified professionals in Nutrition (Brooke
Dugger Paulin), Physical Therapy (Craig Kingrea, MPT), Personal
Trainers (Molly Dugger Koenig & Brooke Dugger Paulin) and Soccer
Coach (Nick Chetta).

THE RIGHT SHOE:
We help find the
right shoe for you with a free evaluation of your foot’s gait,
style, and natural biomechanics (whether you need a stability,
cushion, or motion control shoe). We also provide a treadmill to
re-evaluate the above and let you check your shoes for comfort.

ACHIEVING FITNESS GOALS:
We will assist you
with your running, walking, work out or meal plans, as well as help
with injury prevention & recovery.
